Truck Troubles

It seems that there are some evil forces circling my wagon to keep me from running and working like I would like to. Picked up my truck from the shop where it was undergoing "treatment" for the continuing "CHECK ENGINE FAULT" message. I picked the truck up this morning and got, let me think, all of about 5 miles from the shop and had the warning code again, immediately followed by a complete shut down of power. What the heck??? After several calls I turned around and went right back to the shop. They found a couple more issues but none that they believe to be the cause of this severe issue. They believe it is a larger issue and we will be taking it to the Volvo dealership for diagnosis there. I am to the point of a major decision and one that I don't want to make. This isn't working to do nothing but running this machine back and forth to different repair shops. There is the potential to get another truck to get me back on the road. I have been pushing for this but has fallen on deaf ear so far. All I know is something has to give................until next time - sitting on the sidelines......watching the lines
